Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

:pointr: Anime north was so amazing! It was my first convention, so you can imagine how excited I was XD I cosplayed Halloween Sora, and everyone was just so nice! Every four steps "Can I take a picture of you?!!?' and a bunch of random hugs and compliments. The people there were so cool too. Cute little frilly dresses and parasols, giant weapons, insane hair. Is there anything better?! Keep in mind I live in a small hick town...and I have like one friend that likes anime...or really even knows what it is XD We think we got on tv, I'm not sure though, I'll have to watch YTV all week and see. I bought four prints, I love them to death. It was so neat talking to the artists though, they're like celebrities to me =) I can't wait for next year!

P.S. I just realized how dorky all of that sounded, but you know what, eff that, It was awesome

Dude you don't sound dorky saying that. I was all hyped up at my first convention last year (and ironicly I didn't want to go...>_>; lol but I am glad I did! )
Yeah I was amazed when the people at the convention were so nice and outgoing!~~ They really make you feel good about liking anime becasue everyone else there does too! Lol~~~ But I still have to experiance the whole cosplay thing...Oooo I so want to visit Anime North if I go to Canada one day. =oooooo

Looks like AN was also around the same dates as Fanime too~~~ XP
